British Taekwondo is proud to announce the launch of our latest Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP), reaffirming our commitment to fostering a more diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone.

This updated plan builds on the progress we’ve already achieved and incorporates valuable feedback from colleagues across the organisation. It sets out our priorities and the practical steps we’ll take in the short, medium, and long term to make meaningful change. The DIAP aligns with the standards of our Code for Sports Governance and meets our Public Sector Equality Duties, which require us to publish equality objectives and report on progress.

Our approach to equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EEDI) is embedded throughout our work. We believe everyone deserves a positive experience when participating in Taekwondo.
