The British Taekwondo head office team delivers the strategy, supports & develops our growing and diverse membership, and helps our technical departments in their operations.
The British Taekwondo team consists of a national development department, regional development including Manchester, disability development, club products, membership services, safeguarding, marketing & communications, finance, insights & research, events, and education.

Safeguarding & Compliance is the first line of contact if you have any concerns or questions about safeguarding matters.
Matt is responsible for delivering the major international Taekwondo events hosted in the UK, and the development and delivery of British Taekwondo’s events strategy.
Dafydd is responsible for the development department and Taekwondo club development.
Karen is responsible for all Finance related queries across the business.
Gregg is responsible for all Membership related queries across the business.
John is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of British Taekwondo’s digital technical resources and Taekwondo based products to support clubs, instructors and members.

Sophie looks after Taekwondo development projects in Manchester and the surrounding areas and currently leads on British Taekwondo’s communication work.

Keira is responsible for promoting inclusivity and ensuring equal access to taekwondo for individuals with disabilities and SEN.
Neil works on the creation and administration of our coach education pathway and courses.
Richard provides support and guidance for all the technical departments associated with British Taekwondo. Richard is also the contact to log and process all Dan and Kukkiwon related business.
