The search for a Howden Grassroots Hero has begun!
Howden are committed to supporting sports and recreation clubs with their insurance, and understand how clubs can often have a challenge in purchasing new equipment, kit, or raising funds for much-needed changes at clubhouses or venues. The team at Howden are pleased to announce the Howden Grassroots Heroes competition, in conjunction with Hiscox Insurance, to help with these obstacles.
Do you have a volunteer at your Taekwondo club who deserves recognition? Whether it’s a welfare officer, a treasurer, publicity officer, or there’s someone who always turns up to help out with setting up sessions, coffees, or fundraisers, now’s your chance to let them know how what they do makes a difference.
By nominating a volunteer at your Taekwondo club for the efforts they’ve been putting in, you will be in with a chance of winning £500 to invest in their club, and our two runners-up will each receive £250 for their club.

Howden Sports Benefits Scheme
Members of British Taekwondo receive access to the Howden Sports Benefits Scheme. Through the scheme members could get the cost of their membership back by signing up to and using some of the offers and schemes, such as discount cards for your weekly shop and through other retailers.
