Details of a Self Defence Seminar in Llantwit Major on Sunday 17th December.
Master Paul Jones 6th Dan, Chief Instructor and Head Coach of Llantwit Major and Wales Taekwondo, is holding a Conflict Management and Self Defence Seminar at the Venue CF61 Centre in Llantwit Major on Sunday 17th December.
The seminar is open to all. Martial artists or not, all are welcome.
The Conflict Management and Self Defence Seminar will help give you options for those situations you don’t want to be in but have no choice. It will cover legalities, options, and de-escalation techniques.
The session will take place from 11am until 2pm on Sunday 17th December. Entry to the seminar is £25 per person.
