British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department recently held their latest National Poomsae Squad Selection events.

The weekend of events in January saw sessions held at the GB National Taekwondo Centre in Manchester, and at London South East Colleges in Bromley.

The three-hour sessions saw coaches work with athletes on their journeys through the Poomsae and Para-Poomsae pathways.

Dates of the Poomsae Performance Department’s next Open Poomsae Seminars are now available for February and March.
