Details of the next Open Poomsae Seminars in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England.
The dates of the British Taekwondo Poomsae Performance Department’s Open Poomsae Seminars are now available for February and March.
Sunday 5th February
Open Poomsae Seminar (Northern Ireland) at Lagan Valley Leisureplex in Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
- All Kup grade participants taking part from 11.15am until 1.15pm.
- All Dan grade participants will take part from 11.15am until 3.15pm.
Sunday 19th February
Open Poomsae Seminar (Scotland) at Carronshore Community Centre in Carronshore, Falkirk, Scotland.
- Open to British Taekwondo members 4th kup and above – 10am until 1pm.
Sunday 26th February
Open Poomsae Seminar (South) at Alec Reed Academy Sports Centre in Northolt, London.
- Open to British Taekwondo members of all grades and ages – 10am until 1pm.
Sunday 12th March
Open Poomsae Seminar (Scotland) at Carronshore Community Centre in Carronshore, Falkirk, Scotland.
- Open to British Taekwondo members 4th kup and above 10am until 1pm.
Sunday 26th March
Open Poomsae Seminar (South) at London South East Colleges in Bromley, London.
- Open to British Taekwondo members of all grades and ages – 10am until 1pm.

British Taekwondo National Poomsae Squad Selection Events in January
The Poomsae Performance Department recently held selection events for the National Poomsae Squad.
Germany Open Poomsae 2023
The team will be travelling to compete in the German Open Poomsae 2023 in Hamburg, Germany on the 24th to the 26th February.
Everyone at British Taekwondo wishes the team well and we look forward to following the action and seeing the results.
