British Taekwondo would like to inform members that from 1 April 2026, membership fees will be adjusted.

As the National Governing Body for British Taekwondo, we are a not-for-profit organisation and are committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service for our members, giving members access to a range of benefits, as well as tools, guidance and resources you need during your Taekwondo journey.

Continuing to support British Taekwondo clubs and members in this way is dependent on our ability to respond to economic shifts and manage rising operating costs.

We understand that the cost of living is tough right now, and British Taekwondo feels that pressure as much as anyone else, with operational costs higher than ever. As a result, this is not a decision we take lightly, but doing so helps ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of our organisation, and allows us to continue the important work we do to support the development of Taekwondo across the UK.

Details of the changes to British Taekwondo membership fees from 1 April 2026 are as follows:

We review membership fees annually to ensure we can continue to support clubs, members, and programmes across British Taekwondo. This increase helps us maintain and improve the services you rely on.

All money received in membership goes straight back into making sure British Taekwondo continues to be a world-leading National Governing Body.

From our Performance Pathway to grading events and club development opportunities, every decision we make is for the benefit of British Taekwondo clubs and members. We continue to aim to make Taekwondo accessible for all, and make your experience with British Taekwondo the best it can be.
