British Taekwondo is proud to officially announce the 2025 British Taekwondo Kyorugi National Championships will be taking place on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October 2025 at the world-class EIS Sheffield.
It is the fourth successive year that the elite level venue will host the prestigious event, with the best Kyorugi athletes from across the country set to compete in two thrilling days of dynamic competition and Taekwondo spirit.
Once again, the National Championships will showcase the speed, skill, and determination that defines Olympic-style Taekwondo in the UK, with two-days of high-octane drama expected from start to finish.
“Following a fantastic 2024 event, we are excited to deliver an even better championships this year,” said British Taekwondo CEO Ian Leafe.
“With a top-class venue and new improvements in place, we’re aiming to create an outstanding experience for all competitors, coaches, and spectators.”
The event will be open to all eligible British Taekwondo members, with competitions across cadet, junior, senior and masters categories.

Volunteering opportunities
We would love as many of you to be a part of the action, whether that is cheering on the best in the country from the stands, or helping out with making the event run smoothly.
