The British Taekwondo Sport Performance Department will be holding a Youth Development Camp in Manchester on Sunday 14th July 2024.

The event will be held from 10am until 3.30pm, with a session cost of £20 per attendee.

The Youth Development Camp in Manchester will be taking place at the GB Taekwondo National Centre, Ten Acres Lane, Manchester M40 2SP.

Applicant criteria:

  • British Taekwondo Member.
  • Attendees aged 9 – 18 year old (Inclusive).
  • Open to 8th Kup and Above (Yellow Belt and above).

The application deadline is Wednesday 10th July.

Combat Sport Performance

The Sport Performance Department lead activities for Combat Sport Performance, including leading the Sport squads with a clear and transparent pathway to the squads.

The most recent British Taekwondo Combat Sport Youth Development Camp saw almost 100 athletes from across the country gather to take part, with eight of the athletes promoted to be part of the National Squad Team.
