Monday is World Mental Health Day 2022.
You may be aware that this coming Monday, 10th October, is World Mental Health Day.
The World Mental Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on the 10th October every year. The theme of 2022’s World Mental Health Day is ‘Make mental health and wellbeing for all a priority’.
British Taekwondo would like to show their support this coming Monday through providing resources and information available to all British Taekwondo members. We will be posting various videos and information throughout the day, so please do make sure you check out our social media channels and website.
Our new Mental Health Awareness Page will be available too.
Through the links below you will find posters from the Mental Health Foundation and the Mind World Mental Health Day resource page. Please feel free to use these posters around your club on Monday.
We’ve also created a World Mental Health Day Guide with useful information, contact details and tips you can use year round.

As World Mental Health Day’s colour is green, you could wear something green to training this coming Monday if possible.
Please do tag us in any posts on social media using the hashtag #TaekwondoTalks so we can see what you are up to and repost your great work. You can find links to British Taekwondo on social media here.
Lastly, we are using World Mental Health Day to kickstart our Mental Health and Wellbeing Campaign where we will be providing key contacts, resources, toolkits and up-to-date information that will be accessible for all of our British Taekwondo members and clubs.
