If you can’t make it to Manchester to watch the World Taekwondo Grand Prix III live and in person you can still catch the action online and on TV.
Matches will be streamed via the World Taekwondo YouTube Channel, the GB Taekwondo website and you can also watch the finals on the BBC Red Button every evening Thursday to Sunday.
Tickets are still available to see the event in person at Manchester Regional Arena at the Etihad Campus.
Be there from just £7.50 for adults and £5 for under 16’s. Don’t leave it until the last minute as tickets will be more expensive on the door.
