Details of the World Taekwondo Cadet Championships in Sarajevo.
The Sarajevo 2023 World Taekwondo Cadet Championships are taking place from Monday 28th to Thursday 31st August.
The six athletes selected to represent Great Britain are Fabio Carvalho, Zar Torley, Shaan Jhita, William Burleigh, Skye Taylor and Emily Mills.
Great Britain fight days
Fight days for GB athletes are scheduled as follows:
- Day 1 Monday 28th August – Fabio Carvalho.
- Day 2 Tuesday 29th August – Skye Taylor, Shaan Jhita and Zar Torley.
- Day 3 Wednesday 30th August – Emily Mills.
- Day 4 Thursday 31st August – William Burleigh.
A total of 620 athletes from 73 countries, a Refugee Team and an Individual Neutral Athlete (AIN) are registered to compete at the Championships which marks the first time Bosnia and Herzegovina has hosted a World Taekwondo Championships.
