The National Taekwondo Centre came alive over the weekend, as British Taekwondo proudly hosted the 2025 Inter-Regional Poomsae Championships. Across Saturday’s action, the venue was filled with energy, focus and outstanding technical skill as athletes from across the UK came together to showcase the very best of British Taekwondo Poomsae.
The standard on display was nothing short of inspirational, as athletes young and old delivered powerful, precise and expressive performances, demonstrating the discipline, commitment and passion that continue to drive Poomsae forward across the country.
The atmosphere inside the National Taekwondo Centre was warm and encouraging, with teams supporting one another and celebrating not just medals, but progress, effort and excellence.
The results reflected the depth of talent across all regions with teams from South England, North England, Scotland and Wales all excelling throughout the day, and highlighting the strength in depth we have as a nation in Poomsae.
Sunday’s Squad Selection Day continued the momentum, with athletes pushing themselves to their limits in hopes of securing a place on the National Poomsae Team.
