Official Open Poomsae Seminars in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department has wrapped up another successful month of Official Open Poomsae Seminars and have dates in the diary for the next sessions on the 14th and 21st August.

144 members attended the four seminars in July, with events taking place in Bromley, England, Falkirk, Scotland, Craigavon, Northern Ireland and Manchester, England.

Della O’Horo, Squad Manager of the Poomsae Performance Department said of July’s seminars “The atmosphere at all of the events was really great. Some people attended for the first time and were made very welcome by the more experienced members of the group.

“The Official Open Poomsae Seminars cover all poomsae and are a brilliant opportunity to train with High Performance coaches and alongside national squad members. It’s such good preparation for upcoming domestic competitions and nationals.”

Della added “Energy was high and it was excellent to see more of our clubs supporting the events for the first time. We look forward to welcoming everyone back again to improve poomsae for competitions and for the enjoyment of poomsae.”

Official Open Poomsae Seminars in August – Northolt, Manchester & Falkirk

British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department’s Official Open Seminars in August are taking place at:

• Alec Reed Academy Sports Centre in Northolt, London on Sunday 14th August, 10am – 12pm.
• The GB Taekwondo centre on Ten Acres Lane in Manchester on Sunday 14th August, 10am – 12pm.
• Carronshore Community Centre in Falkirk, Scotland on Sunday 21st August, 10am – 12pm.

Attendance is £20 per person.
