Details of an upcoming National Poomsae Seminar in Cardiff.
British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department will be holding a National Poomsae Seminar at the Sport Wales National Centre, Jubilee Hall, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff CF11 9SW from 10am – 1pm on Sunday 9th July.
From 1pm – 2pm there will be a Squad session.
The event is open to all British Taekwondo members 6th kup and above.
