British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department recently held a National Poomsae Seminar at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff.

All British Taekwondo members were invited to attend the session where different training methods were shared on how to improve their Poomsae both for competition and for grading.

There was an additional bonus session for selected regional squad members which club coaches were also invited to attend.

The session was led by GB High Performance Coach Master Chan Sau, alongside Regional Coaches Alan Lee and Bjorn Brunswick.
