British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department will be holding a South Regional Poomsae Seminar at Alec Reed Academy Sports Centre, Bengarth Road, Northolt UB5 5LQ on Sunday 13th August from 9am – 12pm.

Open to all British Taekwondo members, all grades, all ages, and all abilities.
