You can use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page to reset your password. If you still experience issues, contact membership.services@britishtaekwondo.org 

The British Taekwondo membership fee can be paid through your club or directly on the system. When you are looking to pay for membership, speak to your lead instructor so they can advise and support you with the club’s process for memberships. 

Yes. My Club Hub allows you to manage multiple linked members (such as children) from one parent or guardian account. To do this, go into your account and add a new member and input their details. 

  • If you are a coach wanting to set up or affiliate your club to British Taekwondo, you can create a personal account, create/ set up your club and add your British Taekwondo membership and Club Affiliation.
  • If you are joining British Taekwondo as a club, reach out to our development team who can support you with the onboarding process – development@britishtaekwondo.org 
  • If you are a member wanting to join British Taekwondo, you will need to be affiliated with a British Taekwondo club. Speak to your instructor if you are not sure and they can support you with setting up your account.  

Yes. British Taekwondo memberships include member insurance for training and participation in sanctioned events. 

If your membership expires, you’re not insured and may not be allowed to train or grade until you renew. You can easily reactivate your membership by getting in touch with your club instructor or via My Club Hub. 

  • For further membership support, you can raise a ticket in the My Club Hub system under ‘Help and Support’ OR contact our membership services team via email or by giving us a call.

British Taekwondo will soon be launching the events feature in My Club Hub which will show upcoming development opportunities and events. We will be releasing more information soon.
