Details of a job vacancy for a Membership Services Officer – Maternity Cover.
British Taekwondo is looking for a motivated individual to join our small operational team as Maternity Cover for our Membership Services Officer role. The role is key to providing first class customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with our members.
This varied and interesting membership services role is part of the beating heart and centre of our club, coach and member facing service, managing day to day enquiries and processing data within our membership enrolment / renewal systems.

Key information
Location: British Taekwondo Head Office*, House of Sport Manchester, Etihad Campus, Gate 13 Rowsley Street, Manchester M11 3FF
*A split working from home / main office arrangement is currently in place.
Travel: Limited and office/working from home based.
The successful candidate may be expected to agree to some reasonable travel to fulfil this role.
Salary: Commensurate with experience – circa £24K – £28K
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
Contractual Status: Fixed term 1 year Maternity Cover (possibility to extend)
Start date: 2nd January 2024
