British Taekwondo wishes to inform members and international athletes that the British International Open 2026 is likely to be rearranged due to a newly identified clash with the Turkish Open on the weekend of 28-29th March 2026.
The event had originally been proposed to be held on the weekend of the 21-22nd March, but had already been rescheduled following a clash with the Belgian Open on the original dates.
With this additional conflict now confirmed, we are working closely with our colleagues at the European Taekwondo Union to identify a suitable alternative date that supports athlete participation and maintains alignment with the wider international calendar.
We will share further updates as soon as a revised date is agreed. Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work to deliver a successful British International Open in 2026.
