Volunteers’ Week takes place between the 1st and 7th June each year.

Volunteers’ Week is an annual celebration of the contribution millions of people make across the UK through volunteering in their communities. 2023 is the 39th edition of the event.

Volunteering in Taekwondo

We’d like to thank everyone who volunteers in Taekwondo. Each week so many people put in their time and effort to support others and help make Taekwondo the superb sport, activity, and community that it is.

British Taekwondo’s five Technical Departments are comprised of volunteers drawn from the membership and their dedication to growing and improving Taekwondo is wonderful to see and very much appreciated.

With upcoming International and National level competitions we are seeking people to volunteer in a wide-range of roles at the British International Open, British Sport Taekwondo Championships, and the British Taekwondo National Poomsae Championships.
