United Taekwondo Preston

United Taekwondo in Preston has been helping people of all ages discover the life-changing benefits of Taekwondo. From boosting confidence and discipline to building friendships and community, the club – run by Master Julie Graham – has become a shining example of how martial arts can transform lives.

Many members first walk through the doors feeling shy or lacking in self-belief, but with the support of the instructors and community, they quickly grow into strong, confident individuals.

Parents describe the joy of watching their children go from transform in front of their very eyes once they take up the sport, as they leave their local club full of pride, resilience, and enthusiasm.

Taekwondo also provides essential life skills, from discipline and listening to determination and perseverance, these lessons extend far beyond the mats, giving them the courage to face challenges at school, at work, and in everyday life.

United Taekwondo is more than just a club: it’s a family. Parents train alongside their children, sharing special moments and bonds that last a lifetime. Others speak of the welcoming, supportive atmosphere where everyone helps one another, regardless of age or experience.

From overcoming bullying to gaining fitness and making new friends, members highlight how Taekwondo has helped them become the best versions of themselves.

United Taekwondo demonstrates everything Taekwondo stands for: confidence, community, discipline, and joy in progress. Whether it’s the excitement of achieving a new belt, the pride of mastering a form, or simply enjoying training together, the club continues to inspire its members week after week.

We are proud to celebrate the work of United Taekwondo, Preston, and the incredible impact they are making on their community.
