Details of the Manchester Women & Girls Open Day – Access All Areas event at the Manchester Regional Arena.

MCRactive and GLL are hosting a FREE event for women and girls to come and give sport & physical activity a try.

Taekwondo will be one of the sporting activities available for attendees to try out.

Jason Mayoh from JM Taekwondo will be delivering the Taekwondo sessions.

The event on Wednesday 26th April will run from 9am to 12pm as an Open Session, with 12.30pm to 3.30pm for Students.
