Details of a research project into injuries within Taekwondo training sessions among competitive clubs within Great Britain.

British Taekwondo member Kirsten Barrett, of Momentum Taekwondo and the GB Development Squad, is currently in her fourth year of a Sport Studies degree at the University of Stirling. Her final project is researching injuries within Taekwondo training sessions among competitive clubs within Great Britain.

The purpose of the study is to determine the injuries that occur during WT training sessions, among competitive clubs within Great Britain and determine if they are a result of the coach-created motivational climate or the training practices and health and safety precautions taken by clubs.
