Upcoming Poomsae events in England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland.

Following the recent successful Poomsae sessions in London, Manchester and Falkirk, British Taekwondo Poomsae High Performance Coaches will be hosting a further five Official Open Seminars.

The events are taking place in Northolt, Manchester, Pontypool, Falkirk and Craigavon.
Attendance is £20 per session.

British Taekwondo Poomsae Department Official Open Seminars:

SOUTH

  • When: Sunday 8th May 2022, Open Session 10am-12pm.
  • Where: Alec Reed Academy Community Sports Centre, Bengarth Road, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 5LQ.
  • Open to all grades, ages and abilities.
  • Closing date for entries is Monday 2nd May.

NORTH

  • When: Saturday 14th May 2022, Open Session 10am-12pm – Includes Para.
  • Where: Manchester Ten Acres, Ten Acres Lane, Newton Heath, M40 2SP.
  • Requirements to attend: Blue belt and above, with minimum knowledge of Poomsae to TAEGEUK 5. All ages and abilities.
  • Closing date for entries is Sunday 8th May.

WALES

  • When: Sunday 15th May 2022, Open Session 12pm-2pm.
  • Where: Strength & Performance Torfaen, Hill Street, Pontypool NP4 5HT.
  • Requirements to attend: Blue belt and above, all ages and abilities.
  • Closing date for entries is Sunday 8th May.

SCOTLAND

  • When: Saturday 21st May 2022, Open Session 10am-12pm.
  • Where: Carronshore Community Centre, Main Street, FK2 8EY.
  • Requirements to attend: Blue belt and above, all ages and abilities.
  • Closing date for entries is Monday 16th May.

NORTHERN IRELAND

  • When: Sunday 29th May 2022, Open Session 10am-12pm.
  • Where: Aghalee Village Hall, 6 Lurghan Road, Aghalee, Craigavon, BT67 0DD
  • Requirements to attend: Blue belt and above, all ages and abilities.

British Taekwondo Poomsae Department Official Open Seminars – April

The Poomsae Department held the first Official Open Seminars earlier this month, with events taking place in London, Manchester and Falkirk.
The sessions were mixed ability events with a total of 195 athletes from 45 different clubs in attendance.
