Players from British Taekwondo’s GB National Poomsae Squad have been selected to compete in the Muju Taekwondowon Online 2022 World Taekwondo Poomsae Open Challenge II.

The Muju Taekwondowon Online 2022 World Taekwondo Poomsae Open Challenge II competition takes place online through July and August.

The first part of the World Taekwondo Poomsae Open Challenge series took place throughout March and April.

The events in the series sees players compete in their home countries with video clips of their activities uploaded to the event website for official judging and scoring.

Players selected to represent the GB National Team in the Muju Taekwondowon Online 2022 World Taekwondo Poomsae Open Challenge II are:

U14F – Cuba Wilson – NTC
U14M – Gabriel Casaclang – Win Taekwondo
U17F – Ruby Mackay – Gajok
U17M – Nino Ontoy – Manx
U17M Freestyle – Zaw Torley – Arumchan

Members of the squad who were unsuccessful in the selection will take part in the Open event. Those players are:

U11F – Evie Newby – Boston
U14M – Prithvi Chandrasekar – Tuji
U14M – Lucas Pak-Hei Ng – Kang Han
U17F – Anna Mclellan – Elite
U17F – Kacey-Marie Titley – Stoke UTA
U40F – Sheena Au-Yeung – Arumchan
U50M – Simon Newby – Boston
