Para Taekwondo competition results from the European Para Championships in Rotterdam.
There were medals all round for the Great Britain athletes at the European Para Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Five GB athletes have been in action at the Para Taekwondo events in the European Para Championships in Rotterdam this week.
Beth Munro won gold, with Matt Bush and Amy Truesdale winning silver medals, and Joe Lane and Keira Forsythe winning bronze medals.
GB Taekwondo athlete results at the European Para Championships:
- Beth Munro – Gold, Under 65kg
- Matt Bush – Silver, Over 80kg
- Amy Truesdale – Silver, Over 65kg
- Joe Lane – Bronze, Under 80kg
- Keira Forsythe – Bronze, Under 52kg

Para Taekwondo is an incredible sport and one of the most exciting Paralympic events. It was wonderful to see Para Taekwondo competition enjoyed by so many people at the European Para Championships.

About the European Para Championships
The European Para Championships is a multisport event. It is staged every four years and is always hosted by a major European city in the year preceding the Paralympic Games.
In 2023, the European Championships of ten different parasports will be organized simultaneously in one host city, for the very first time. The inaugural edition will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands from Tuesday 8th to Sunday 20th August 2023. At the event, 1,500 Paralympic athletes from forty-five different European countries will compete to become European Champions.
