British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department will be holding an Open Poomsae Seminar at Alec Reed Academy Sports Centre, Bengarth Road, Northolt UB5 5LQ from 10am – 1pm on Sunday 11th June.

The event is open to all British Taekwondo members all grades and ages.
