Central Taekwondo Academy, based in Falkirk, are hosting the next British Taekwondo Poomsae Performance Programme National Poomsae Open Training session on Sunday 12th May from 12pm – 3pm The session will take place at Carronshore Community Centre, Main Street, Carronshore, Falkirk FK2 8EY.

The event is open to British Taekwondo members of all ages who are 4th Kup and above.
