British Taekwondo’s Poomsae Performance Department recently held a National Poomsae Seminar at the Sport Wales National Centre in Cardiff.

The event saw GB High Performance Coach Master Chan Sau supporting the development of Poomsae in Wales alongside Regional Coaches Alan Lee and Bjorn Brunswick.

All British Taekwondo members were invited to attend the session where Chan, Alan and Bjorn shared different training methods on how to improve their Poomsae both for competition and for grading.

There was an additional bonus session for selected regional squad members which club coaches were also invited to attend.
