Due to the British Taekwondo National Kyorugi Championships taking place at EIS Sheffield on the weekend of October 4-5th, our Membership Services department will be closed from Friday 3rd October until Monday 6th October, with all staff on site at the event.
Areas of the business effected are:
Membership Services enquiries.
Certificate orders.
Global Athlete and Official Licenses.
Disclosure and Barring Service Certificates.
Instructor and Club affiliation applications and renewals.
The Membership Services phone line will not be available during this time. But members can still raise a ticket through our Zendesk system, which we will endeavour to respond to when normal service resumes on Tuesday 7th October.
