As a coach already holding a Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Taekwondo, this qualification is yours for life and you do not need to re-sit the full Level 2 course.
However, it is hugely important that instructors and coaches continue to learn and update themselves as regulation, safeguarding and teaching practices change in the modern world we live in.
Government regulation of sport and physical activity is tightening with a central register for coaches and a requirement for education on the horizon. It is therefore vital for Taekwondo instructors and coaches to play their part in upskilling and refreshing to protect themselves and their members in club, training and competition environments.
British Taekwondo urge existing Level 2 Certificate holders to complete this short refresher course and lead by example. It allows you to add up-to-date knowledge to your British Taekwondo Level 2 qualification. It is great value at only £99.
