Safeguarding, Compliance & HR Manager
British Taekwondo is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our small operational team, who will lead and be responsible for our membership Safeguarding and Compliance functions, alongside some HR responsibilities within the business.
This would include the review of existing and development of new policies and the day-to-day operational control of enquiries, referrals, and case management.

About the post
- Location: Hybrid – home working / 2 days office based at: British Taekwondo Head Office, Manchester Regional Arena, Etihad Campus, Rowsley Street, Manchester M11 3FF.
- Travel: Limited. The successful candidate may be expected to agree to some reasonable travel to fulfil this role.
- Salary: Commensurate with experience – circa £33K – £39K.
- Hours of work: 37.5 per week.
- Contractual Status: Full time contract.
- Start date: February 2023 or soonest.
