Information on the DBS Update Service.

All British Taekwondo coaches in England are required to renew their DBS checks every three years. One of the cost and time effective ways of doing this is to join the DBS Update Service.

It’s great to see so many of our members already signed up!

Remember, please keep your certificate safe!

However, please note that you will still need to send a copy of your original DBS certificate to safeguarding@britishtaekwondo.org every three years so that we can run the free, instantaneous check on the DBS Update Service website. This is because we are not automatically notified by the Disclosure and Barring Service about any changes to your certificate status.
