United Kingdom represented at the French Open.

Representatives from the United Kingdom have returned from their journey to Paris, where they took part in judging at the 2023 French Open Poomsae Championships.

The G1 event was held on the 12th of February at the Institut National Du Judo in Paris.

The UK was represented at the event by international referees Grandmaster Satwinder Singh Vohra, Damian Duffy, Gerry Reilly, Kambiz Ramzan Ali and Carolina Barros Clark, with Grandmaster Tong Wan Shin in attendance as the event’s Technical Delegate.

For Master Kambiz Ali, Master Carolina Barros Clark and Master Gerry Reilly the event was the first time they have judged at an International Poomsae Championships since receiving their Official World Taekwondo IR qualification after completing their IR course back in November also in the city of Paris.
