Poomsae Performance new recruits

British Taekwondo is delighted to welcome a new group of talented young athletes who have been selected to begin a three-month trial with the GB Poomsae Performance Team.

Following Regional Poomsae Training sessions held across the UK, athletes demonstrating outstanding technical ability, commitment, attitude and potential have earned the opportunity to train within the national performance environment.

The trial programme provides aspiring athletes with a unique insight into life as part of the GB Poomsae Performance Pathway, with sessions taking place at the National Taekwondo Centre in Manchester under the guidance of the British Taekwondo High Performance Coaching Team.

Over the next three months, the athletes will challenge themselves in a high-performance setting, developing their technical skills while gaining valuable experience alongside current members of the GB Poomsae Performance Team.
