British Taekwondo National Poomsae Championships 2025
The 2025 British Taekwondo National Poomsae Championships will take place at the David Ross Sports Village, at the University of Nottingham on 1st-2nd November.
This flagship national event brings together the top Poomsae athletes from across the country to compete for national titles in a weekend filled with discipline, focus, and exceptional Taekwondo.
There will be plenty of talent on show across the weekend, with competition ranging from individual performances to pairs and team divisions, across all age groups and levels.
This event will once again showcase the very best of British Poomsae talent, following on from a record-breaking performance at the European Poomsae Championships in Tallinn in April – where British athletes won an historic 19 medals – meaning November’s event promises to be bigger than ever.
Schedule
Saturday 1st of November: All Dan Grade, Freestyle and Family Dan Grade categories.
Sunday 2nd of November: Para Poomsae, Kup, and Family Kup and mixed grade categories.
The detailed timetable and running order will be sent to teams in the week before the competition.

All official documents including the entry pack, drawsheet and results will be published on the British Taekwondo website. Any information published in any other location cannot be guaranteed as official.

Official documents will not be emailed directly to instructors, but instructors will receive a direct email from British Taekwondo when the documents are available on the website. This is to limit and issues around email delivery with attachments, incorrect email addresses and other fail-to-deliver issues.
- During the competition, British Taekwondo will use the event WhatsApp channel to communicate live updates such as court changes, changes to the schedule and other ‘live’ information. These updates will also be shared on British Taekwondo social channels where appropriate. These updates will not be shared on the British Taekwondo website due to the number and frequency of updates.
