For the second weekend running, London came alive with the power of Poomsae as over 200 athletes took to the mats at the 5th London Poomsae Championships, hosted by Empsi Taekwondo and Nomad Taekwondo 🙌
From competition first-timers to regular performers, Haberdashers’ Knights Academy was a hive of activity on Sunday, with impeccable timing and technique on display.
