Kambiz Athens 1600

British Taekwondo 7th Dan Taekwondo Master and Harrogate KTA Founder Kambiz R. Ali MBE recently delivered an international Taekwondo Poomsae seminar in Athens, Greece, hosted by Jaguar Taekwondo Club.

The event, held on April 25–26, brought together around 90 participants from across Greece for two days of intensive learning and practice.

During the seminar, Master Kambiz R. Ali MBE shared his deep knowledge of Poomsae, focusing on a wide range of topics including fundamental techniques, practical applications, step-by-step instruction on WT-authorized Poomsae, active practice, and detailed analysis. Participants also benefited from interactive Q&A sessions with the Harrogate Taekwondo Master. The seminar was warmly received by attendees, which included members of the Greek National Poomsae Squad.

Reflecting on the event, Master Kambiz said:

“I am thrilled and truly pleased to have delivered this seminar in Greece. I would like to commend all participants for their dedication and effort throughout the weekend. I hope they continue to achieve great success in Taekwondo, applying the principles of Poomsae we covered.

“My special thanks go to Jaguar Taekwondo Club for their partnership and support in making this seminar possible. I am delighted with the results and have greatly enjoyed my time in Greece.”

He also shared that preparations are now underway for the 2026 London International Open and the 2026 Presidents Cup, both to be held in London, where he will proudly represent the UK as an International Poomsae Referee.
