Don’t miss the chance to train at the GB Taekwondo National Training Centre as part of the #IAmTeamGB sports day!

There are 2 free training sessions, one for beginners and novice grades from 2-3pm and one for experienced athletes / students from 3.15-5pm (full sparring gear required).
