Nomination Eligibility Confirmation
- Only British Taekwondo members (instructors and regular members) can submit nominations.
- Only British Taekwondo members can receive nominations (club, instructors and regular members depending on the Award criteria)
- Each British Taekwondo member may make only one nomination per award category.
- There is no limit to the number of times an individual can be nominated overall, but only one nomination will be considered by the panel. I.e. multiple nominations will not increase the likelihood of winning an award.
- To make or receive a nomination a member cannot be suspended, under investigation, engaged in a complaint process or otherwise not in good standing with British Taekwondo.

The British Taekwondo Club of the Year Award recognises a club that has shown leadership, innovation and good business practice to ensure a long-term future for its members. A club that is friendly, welcoming, and safe to its members with highly skilled and qualified instructors, offering a wide variety of Taekwondo activities.

Award Criteria
- Can be a club, or association of clubs operating a single venue or across multiple sites
- All club members are British Taekwondo members
- All coaches are registered on The Hub, with up-to-date background checks
- Has an independent club welfare officer
