Membership Update: Transferring clubs on My Club Hub

Switching clubs has never been simpler for our members, thanks to the My Club Hub system.

British Taekwondo has introduced a new, user-friendly transfer system that makes it easier than ever for members and clubs to manage transfers quickly and transparently.

This new system ensures, transparency for both clubs and members, efficiency with streamlined approvals, and flexibility for members to move freely

Whether you’re a coach, athlete, or club admin, British Taekwondo’s new transfer process puts control and clarity in your hands.

For Individuals: How to Transfer to a New Club

If you’re a member looking to move to a different club, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account: britishtaekwondo.sport80.com
2. Navigate to British Taekwondo Membership
3. Click the three dots under ‘Actions’
4. Select Transfers
5. Click Start Transfer
6. Choose your new club from the list
7. Confirm by clicking Start Transfer

Done! Your request is now in progress.

What happens next:

• The new club will receive a notification to approve or decline your request.
• If no action is taken within 10 days, the transfer is automatically approved.
• You’ll receive an email confirming the outcome.

Important Notes:

• You can transfer again at any time—there’s no cooldown period.
• All notifications go to the primary contact on your profile.
