Details of the next British Taekwondo Poomsae Department Seminar in Cardiff, Wales.

British Taekwondo Poomsae are pleased to confirm that GB High Performance Coach Master Chan Sau will be again supporting the development of Poomsae in Wales alongside Regional Coaches Alan Lee and Bjorn Brunswick.

We’d like to invite all British Taekwondo members to attend this month’s session where the team will be sharing different training methods on how to improve your Poomsae both for competition and for grading.

The Poomsae Performance Department Seminar will be taking place at Marlborough Primary School, Agincourt Road, Cardiff CF23 5BU on Sunday 21st July between 10am and 1pm.

All British Taekwondo members are invited to attend this session where the team will be sharing different training methods on how to improve your Poomsae both for competition and for grading.

The session is open to all British Taekwondo Members 6th Kup + (Green belt and above).

This session is also freely open to club coaches to attend.
