SUMMARY:Sport England Small Grants Programme Funding 2023 – applications open
DESCRIPTION:Sport England’s Small Grants Programme has returned with awards of up to £15\,000.\nSport England has reopened its Small Grants Programme\, with awards of between £300 and £15\,000 available to support projects delivering recognised sports and physical activity. \nThe fund will run until the end of June 2023 and will prioritise funding projects that can make the biggest difference to people that need it most. \nApplications can be made for awards of between £300 and £15\,000\, with multiple applications permitted but organisations can only have awards totalling £15\,000 or less in any 12-month period. \nOnly not-for-profit organisations are eligible for the programme and applications should explain the need for the project as well as how end users have been involved in its development. \nIn addition to this\, submissions should consider how the project adds value to services currently available in their community\, and show how the organisation will collaborate with other groups to maximise the project’s impact. \nThe closing date for applications to the programme is Friday 30th June 2023. \nFind out more and how to apply on the Sport England website. \nHave you received previous Sport England funding? SUMMARY:ITA & WT Anti-Doping Education Webinars Series - The Doping Control Process\, April 12
DESCRIPTION:World Taekwondo invites British Taekwondo members to attend the Anti-Doping Education Webinars Series hosted by the International Testing Agency\, in conjunction with WT. \nThis Webinar Series consisting of five webinars will be held weekly from Wednesday 5th April to Wednesday 3rd May covering all key anti-doping topics outlined in the International Standard for Education. \nWebinars will be delivered across six languages (English\, with Arabic\, Chinese\, French\, Russian and Spanish simultaneous translation). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAthletes\, administrators and athlete support personnel who attend all five sessions will receive a Certificate of Participation. \nAll of the seminars will take place between 2pm and 3pm CET. \nPlease see the session schedule and the registration links below: \n2. The Doping Control Process | Wednesday 12th April \nIncludes testing procedures (urine and blood) and ABP \n3. Medications\, Supplements\, Prohibited List and TUEs | Wednesday 19th April \nIncludes the Principle of Strict Liability \n4. Principles and Values of Clean Sport | Wednesday 26th April \nIncludes sanctions\, consequences and speaking up \n5. Out-of-Competition Testing | Wednesday 3rd May \nIncludes requirements of RTP/TP\, whereabouts\, use of ADAMS \nLinks and further information\nVisit the International Testing Agency website for further information. \nWorld Taekwondo (WT)\, the International Federation governing Taekwondo\, leads an inclusive and accessible combat sport.
