Open Poomsae Seminar in Northern Ireland – Sunday 5th February

The British Taekwondo Poomsae Performance Department are holding an Open Poomsae Seminar in Northern Ireland on Sunday 5th February.

The event will be taking place at Lagan Valley Leisureplex in Lisburn.

• The Open Poomsae Seminar will see all Kup grade participants taking part from 11.15am until 1.15pm.
• All Dan grade participants will take part from 11.15am until 3.15pm.

The entry fee is £10.
