The next British Taekwondo Poomsae Performance Regional Seminar in the South will be taking place at Haberdashers Knights Academy in Bromley on Sunday 22nd October.
The event will run from 11am to 2pm and is open to all British Taekwondo members to attend.
The fee to take part is £20.
