Hub down for maintenance 1st July 7am-9am

Hi Everyone,

We hope you are all keeping well.

We wanted to make you aware that we have changed over to a new payment provider on the Hub, called Sage Pay. Sage Pay will be replacing Worldpay as of first thing tomorrow morning (Thursday 1st July). This will not impact the way you process your memberships and instructor applications, as Sage Pay works exactly the same as a normal card payment.

If you are paying by card on the Hub, simply click ‘pay with card’ at the checkout, enter your card details and the transaction will process as normal. The layout may look slightly different, but the payment process remains exactly the same.

PayPal still remains as a payment option on the Hub, this has not been removed.

Please be advised, between the hours of 7am – 9am tomorrow morning the Hub will not be available whilst this update is taking place.
