After a record high number of 124 coaches attending yesterday’s video conference, we are pleased to announce that we will be running a second video conference on Zoom on Monday 20th July, from 7:30pm – 9:00pm.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL BE A REPEAT OF YESTERDAYS VIDEO CONFERENCE. We are running this for those who were unable to attend yesterday’s zoom session. Please do not attend this if you attended yesterday, unless you would benefit from listening to the same talk again.
For those who are unaware, we are hosting this webinar to run through the latest guidance and answer as many queries you may have.
This webinar will be open to all British Taekwondo coaches only.
All registered BT coaches will automatically receive a link to join the zoom call via an email. This email will be sent out today, so please look out for this.
- Our CEO Ian Leafe will run through an overview of the guidance and set out in simple terms what clubs should do to get themselves Covid secure and ready to open.
- BT Development Officer James Docherty will then summarise the main differences applicable to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Q & A about the guidance will then follow – questions should be posted on the zoom chat facility during the conference and we will answer as many as possible during the call, with any remaining via the publication of the chat file after the conference.
If you are interested in attending this Online Video Conference, remember, it is open to coaches only – so please keep an eye open for the email from firstname.lastname@example.org in the coming days (and check your junk folder in case it goes there).
If you have any issues regarding joining the conference, please let us know by emailing email@example.com and Rhiannon will be able to assist you.
If you haven’t had chance to read though our Return To Training guidance, we would recommend this as soon as you get the time:
This has been put together in consultation with the DCMS, Sport England and other sports, that operate in class type sessions like ours. This guidance is based on the latest published information received from government after the announcement last Friday.
We ask clubs to constantly review our website to keep up to date with any updates that are almost certain to happen in the coming days and weeks.
Stay safe and stay active and thank you for your continued support.
