The Hub of Knowledge – Week 2

New News:

There is now a green ‘Renew’ button which instructors can use to process renewals on behalf of members. This option can be found by clicking:

  • ‘Members’
  • ‘List Members’
  • And looking under the ‘Actions’ section

This method will be REPLACING the slightly longer method of clicking ‘Edit’ and ticking the tick box which states ‘Tick here if you would also like to create a BT Membership Application for this member’.

From here, you would continue with the usual steps:

  • Looking and the black drop-down menu and going to ‘Clubs’, ‘All Applications’
  • Finding the member under ‘Pending Applications’
  • Clicking on ‘View Details’ and approving the member
  • Finally selecting and paying for the member under the ‘Awaiting Payment Applications’ section
