The National Poomsae Championships application forms are now available to download.

The 2013 event will be held at Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham on Saturday February 9th for Dan Grades and Sunday 10th February for Kup Grades.

The closing date for applications is the 20th January 2013.

Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7HY

Times:
10.00 - 12.30 Kup Grade Poomsae
1.00 - 4pm Dan Grade Poomsae

Cost:
£15 per session
£25 for the day

Coaches bringing 5 or more competitors free.

Essential for all Poomsae Players Coaches and any Taekwondo Practitioner wanting to improve their Technical Poomsae skills.

• Postpone the National Freestyle Championships until 2013

Dear Instructor and poomsae competitors

The British Taekwondo Poomsae Committee have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the 1st National Freestyle Championships until 2013. When the calendar for next year has been set we will reissue the invitation to attend these championships.

Freestyle competition is an exciting new development for poomsae and therefore we are keen to develop this in the UK and look forward to your support for the championships next year.
